as workflow and document distribution and version control.
In
2003 we commenced the development of "Cumulus, The Paperless
Office" document management software, designed to meet
the needs of organisations that are looking to achieve
a paperless document management system. Cumulus incorporates
the essential features of a document management software
solution, including workflow, version control, auditability
and encryption of data. Important features of the design
specification included a system that was extremely easy
to use, scaleable to all sizes of company, one requiring
minimal staff training and that could be installed in
a matter of hours. Cumulus is a generic document management
solution that has the capability of being customised to
match as closely as possible the working the methods of
specific business types.
The
product is under continued development to incorporate
new features and respond to market requirements. We are
also able to integrate Cumulus with other software/hardware
configurations.
We
have established long term relationships with our clients
many of whom have very demanding requirements for security
of data, accuracy, legal admissibility and quality of
reproduction. It has been our continued attention to these
details that has ensured our position in both the Security
and Document Management markets.
We
apply a high level of security and care to all client
documents whilst in our possession, with high levels of
external and internal security systems.
